Bristol Symphony Orchestra welcomes solo violinist and Founder/ Leader of Bristol Ensemble, Roger Huckle, to perform John Williams’ moving Three Pieces from Schindler’s List, as part of a scintillating orchestral programme featuring many classic Hollywood film scores. From Elmer Bernstein’s upbeat score for western The Magnificent Seven, via Bernard Hermann’s intense and disturbing Psycho Suite, to the beauty and romance of Ennio Moriconne’s Cinema Paradiso, this is an evening to delight the ear and experience live some of cinema’s most memorable themes.
