New Applicants

BSO brings together talented non-professional musicians alongside a number of professional players, creating a vibrant and collaborative musical community. We welcome enquiries from high-standard players with relevant orchestral experience. Please register your interest by emailing us with your name, instrument, contact details, and a brief summary of your orchestral experience.

We generally have a few vacancies in the string sections, with more limited opportunities in woodwind and brass. All new players are accepted following a trial period in rehearsal.
